Covid-19 Policies

NO WALK-INS. ALL SERVICES BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

• We can only have one patient in our office at a time. Please come alone, unless the patient is a child, or you have a translator or home health aide.

• Please show your vaccination card upon entry.

• Please call ahead if you have to cancel or reschedule.

• Masks are required and must be worn properly at all times.

• If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule.

• All patients’ temperatures will be checked before entering the doctor’s office. If a patient’s temperature indicates a fever, they will be sent home.

• We sanitize the area before and after every patient.

• We sanitize frames that have been tried on after every patient.
